This is the foundation started by Sally Fallon, author of Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats and her new book with Dr. Thomas Cowen, The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care.

The foundation spreads information on the “Wise Traditions” of our ancestors and is my favorite resource on health and nutrition. It’s named after Dr. Weston A. Price, who was a dentist who traveled all over the world and chronicled the health of people by examining their teeth.
