I watched the how to make butter video and when I leave mine sitting out it’s never thick like yours and when I put it in the mixer it stays soft. It never gets to the consistency of yours. What am I doing wrong? How do you separate your cream?
I enjoyed the video, but unsure how you used the buttermilk culture. Did you use the buttermilk culture to make buttermilk first and then use 2 Tbl of buttermilk in the cream to make the cultured butter? Or did you add 1 Tbl of the buttermilk culture to the cream to make the cultured butter?
